You are an important part of the campus community, and therefore, you have an important role to play in creating and maintaining a campus environment free from harassment and discrimination. You also have the right to work in an environment free of harassment and discrimination.

In addition, faculty members and other campus officials, such as coaches and residence hall staff, have special responsibilities for preventing harassment and discrimination, responding to complaints, and calling our office to consult.
